Pascal
Celtic Tattoo Carlow are pleased to welcome Pascal (Pa) who was
our trainee apprentice in Portloise. Pascal has now progressed to
being the second artist in Carlow, he achieved this
apprenticeship through his artistic ability, he is very versatile,
he can draw anything from Portraits to tribal, there is nothing
he cant do, if you would like to have a one off original design
feel free to call in and have a chat with him.
